Mark joined the TriCert Financial Group Board in 2020 and became Board Chair in 2024. Mark has over 35 years of experience in the professional services industry, serving as Firm Managing Partner of a large regional accounting and advisory firm where he was responsible for all operational aspects of the firm and the implementation of strategic initiatives.  Mark also assisted individual and corporate clients with their income and commodity tax planning and compliance needs.
